What is Puppy Yoga

What is Puppy Yoga

Puppy yoga is quite similar to kitten yoga, but, as the name suggests, it involves puppies instead of kittens. During a puppy yoga session, participants perform yoga poses and sequences in a room filled with playful puppies. This innovative approach to yoga aims to enhance the physical benefits of yoga with the emotional and psychological benefits of interacting with puppies.

The presence of puppies in the yoga class introduces an element of fun and spontaneity. It's hard not to smile and feel a surge of happiness when a puppy decides to play with you or even nap on your yoga mat. This can help reduce stress, elevate mood, and provide a unique form of animal therapy.

Puppy yoga offers a heartwarming and joyful experience, promoting well-being through both physical exercise and the therapeutic presence of animals. It's a creative way to encourage yoga practice, support animal adoption, and bring communities together for a cause.

*All of the puppies are vaccinated.

Our puppies are from breeders who recognize the importance of early socialization and aim for their puppies to be well-socialized before they transition to their new families. These puppies are aged between 8 to 16 weeks and originate from caring environments where they receive the necessary care until they are prepared to move to their new homes.

Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of our yoga studio is a top priority for us. We will clean the floors with pet-safe disinfectant, and also vacuum, wipe down surfaces with pet-safe antibacterial cleaners before and after the classes.
